SIERRA Project officially kicks off in Grenoble

The SIERRA project has officially started. On 2–3 July 2025, the consortium partners gathered at the CEA Center in Grenoble, France, for the project’s Kick-Off Meeting.

This two-day event marked the beginning of an exciting collaboration dedicated to developing safe, lightweight, and high-performance battery packs for heavy-duty vehicles.

The meeting was the first opportunity for all partners to meet in person, introduce their organisations, and discuss the work ahead. Together, the consortium defined the project roadmap, aligned on objectives, and shared ideas that will drive SIERRA’s research and innovation activities in the coming months.
